4. Minimal Logging

For security, our infrastructure briefly processes your IP address to deliver the website. We have disabled all optional visitor logging in our control. While our hosting provider and CDN (Cloudflare) maintain standard technical logs for security and threat prevention, we do not store, review, or maintain a personal history of your visit.

5. No Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute your information. Because we use no external marketing scripts (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixels), there is no data for us to harvest or share. We use Cloudflare only to deliver and protect our site; they do not use your visit data for their own marketing.

6. External Links and CDNs

This site uses a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and security proxy (Cloudflare) to ensure fast and safe access. When you visit our site, your connection is routed through this network. Their privacy policy applies to the technical metadata required to keep the connection secure. You can choose to interact with external resources (like GitHub) at your own discretion. Data processed by Cloudflare may be transferred to and processed in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data (IP addresses). Since we do not store personal profiles or maintain long-term logs, there is generally no data for us to provide or delete. Software

1. Local Execution

Vortex Forensic tools are 100% standalone. They require no internet connection, no account creation and no "online activation". Any data or files you analyze with our tools are processed strictly in your system. No temporary copies are uploaded, and no data is ever transmitted to us or any third party. Everything is true offline Operation.

2. Zero Network Activity

Once downloaded, our software never attempts to contact our servers or any third party. It does not check for updates automatically and contains no hidden telemetry. It is safe for use in air-gapped forensic environments.

3. No Licensing Logs

We do not use hardware IDs or license keys that require "phoning home." Your use of our software is completely private and invisible to us. Download it to your USB Stick and use it from there freely.

Webtools

1. Client-Side Processing

All on this website provided Vortex Webtools utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to perform all data processing directly within your browser. Absolutely no data you input into these tools is sent to our servers or any third party.

2. Local Storage and Session Privacy

We do not store your inputs in databases, cookies or any form of persistent server-side storage. Your data remains local to your browser session. This ensures that even in a web environment, your forensic analysis remains strictly confidential and entirely under your control.
